C. Andrew Stevens
Business Director

C. Andrew Stevens is the Research Director for Phillip Townsend Associates' Performance & Cost Metrics (PCMP) Benchmarking Department. As Research Director, Mr. Stevens coordinates the activities of Project Managers and Analysts to ensure that the proper resources are allocated to all Townsend benchmarking projects. Mr. Stevens also validates the quality and consistency of the benchmarking data in order to ensure the client data are representative of their industry.

Prior to working for Benchmarking Services, Mr. Stevens spent 9 years as a Project Manager for Townsend's Polyolefins Business Center. His primary responsibilities included overseeing and contributing to various multi-client and proprietary studies.

He received his MBA degree in International Business from Erasmus Universiteit in the Netherlands and has a BA degree in Business Administration with a minor in Engineering from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
