Digital Competitiveness Index™ ("DCI") Program

PTAI is pleased to announce a new program that incorporates competitive analysis and benchmarking. The program, Digital Competitiveness Index™, examines the Internet (e-Commerce) and Mobile (m-Commerce) channels with customized research using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The "DCI" program currently includes nine dimensions of metrics:

  • Customer Acquisition
  • Revenues (Monetization)
  • Costs
  • Profitability
  • Risk Management
  • S-Commerce (Social Media)
  • Convergence (Cross-channel)
  • Innovation
  • Customer Retention

Our approach allows a company to compare itself to best-in-class performance, competitive ranking, as well as peer group average for each metric.

Subscription to the Digital Competitiveness Index™ program also offers the capability to obtain process maps for a particular metric.

We are currently forming two consortiums: the E-commerce Consortium (link to request for information in order to download brochure) comprised of different industries and the Financial Services Consortium (link to request for information in order to download brochure). The Financial Services Consortium includes four peer groups: "big" U.S. banks, Internet Only Banks, Community Banks, and Global Banks.
